Bake Sale is a small scratch bakery serving made-to-order treats for pick-up, delivery, corporate orders, and weddings. We use only the best ingredients, including organic flour, milk, and eggs, Plugra butter, and Cocoa Barry chocolate. Our products are influenced by traditional sweets of the great South as well as seasonal produce. We work out of a commercial kitchen with no store front, but are happy to take orderes via email and phone.
Andrea grew up in the island town of Anacortes, Washington then headed to the great state of Texas to study Broadcast Journalism at TCU. In pursuit of a career with a culinary bent, she co-created a local food and entertainment magazine in Fort Worth before her passion for cooking drew her to the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan. After graduating with a degree in Classic Culinary Arts, Andrea moved to Austin where she honed her pastry skills in several restaurants.
Andrea opened Bake Sale with the simple desire to create nostalgic desserts that taste really damn good.
